1) Material: corrugated cardboard paper, or according to your request, find below more material options
2) Material Specification: 200#, or equivalent 32ECT, cardboard paper, single wall in 3 layers, K3+350gsm CCNB, this specification is normally used, for different display, it may be adjusted
3) Configurations of paper: below for reference,
K_layer 1#, kraft or white paper in 200~220gsm, the lining layer faces inside;
3_layer2#, the middle one, B flute;
350gsm_layer3#, on this side graphics are printed on, it faces outside and in 350gsm.
3 layers are laminated and formed corrugated cardboard paper.
4) Other material options: honeycomb paper, formex, artboard/sattin paper (250gsm, 300gsm, 400gsm), acrylic, MDF etc.
