Cantilever rack
Cantilever racking is designed for storage of long-shaped loads. Single-sided or double-sided racking is available, with arms being fitted on one side of the upright columns or on both sides respectively. Without the front columns, there is no vertical obstruction at the pick face, allowing easy access to the goods. Additionally, columns are linked together, giving full horizontal access. Loads with Non-restricted lengths can be stored efficiently.

Features:
- Material: High grade stainless steel
- Shelving Structure: upright, beam, horizontal branching, diagonal bracing, foot plate and other accessory
- Uprights: There are two types steel uprights. One is H steel type column. Another is upright type column. There are 3 models for upright type column and they respectively are 90*60*1.5(or 2.0) mm, 100*75*2.0(or 2.5) mm, 120*90*2.0(or 2.5) mm. We will choose one according to your storage situation.
- Arm:different arms will be used depend on upright column.
- Connection between Upright and Arm:Connection type depends on upright style and arm style.
- Height of Each Layer: it can be adjusted by pitch 75 mm freely(only for upright type column)
- Aisle width: Aisle width can be fixed within 3500 - 5000mm depending on the forklift truck
- Levels: normally,it’s 2 to 4 layers, according to your actual need
- Load Capacity: Load capacity is 1000 to 3000kg per level
- Surface Treatment: static powder coating, which protects the rack from rusting and gives an attractive finish.
- Color:RAL color system
- Process: all the accessories of the rack are processed by polishing, acid cleaning, phosphating, automatic static sprayed, baking and so on.
