B, If I want to customize, what I have to do?

Just show us a picture, or tell us what item shall be packed in. Then we can give you the packaging solutions.
If you have the request on Size, Materials, Imprint, it would be preferred to tell us in the beginning.

We can do the logo by Hot-Stamping, Silkscreen, Printing, UV, Engraving, Metal Label, etc.

E, How long can I get a sample for evaluation (if needed)?

Usually you can get it in 5-10 days. 2-7 days on sample making, 3-4 days on courier.

F, Sample Policy?

Sample free if it is regular box design.
If it is not regular, the sample charge we quote is always in half of its cost, and refundable after order confirmed.

G, How long can I get the mass goods after order?

For Production: Usual Lead Time is 15-35 days.

H, If I need the goods urgently, How fast I can get the goods after contact with you?

1, Choose from the stock designs: In 5-10 days (1-5 days on order details, 3-5 days by courier to you).
2, For Customized Order: At least 15-20 days (1-5 days on order details, 10 days to produce, 3-5 days by courier).

But the courier charge would be expensive & it would be equal or more than the goods amount.
If to customize the packaging, to save the cost & reserve more time on sample confirms, we suggest that you should contact with us 2-3 months in advance before you are going to use the goods, which is sooner rather than later, then it would save for you & leave enough time for your packaging project.

I, What payment terms & methords do you usually accept?

Payment Terms:
1, 30% Deposit in advance, 70% balance to be paid when delivery.
2, 100% Irrevocable Letter of Credit

J, If I want the products to be safty tested, can you do it for you me?

We can do the safty test for your products, but the testing fee has to be paid at your side, the safty testings we usually do are EU packaging directive 94/62/EC, RoHS, Reach SVHC, FSC, Low sulfur test, DMF for silica bag, etc.
