3. Why choose our warehouse rack:
Portable and movable shelves with universal wheel and brake , light duty warehouse shelf is
designed for storing a large number of similar goods (pallets). Pallets are placed on the
supporting rails, which makes possible the high-density storage. The rack system is the most
ideal for expensive storage space like cold storage warehouse. The design principle of the
movable racking is to joint rows of traditional racks, without special access or aisle. It is allocated by tow rows of racks installed back to back or a single group of racks against the wall, and the
forklifts use the same aisle to access. this system racking is stored from inward to outward, and goods to be delivered are withdrawn from outward to inward in sequence. The movable rack is suitable for raw materials warehouses or transit warehouses for periodical batch operations and high storage frequency.
4. The Characteristics Of Our warehouse storage shelving:
(1) Consist of upright, beam, horizontal brace, diagonal brace,shelving and other accessory.
(2) Adopt the structure that the beam hitching on the frame.
(3) Steel shelving, wire decks are all available.
(4) The height of each layer can be adjusted by pitch 50/75mm freely.
(5) Usually bearing loads between 150-1000 kg/layer.
(6) Different sizes are available(accept tailored).
(7) Easy to install and disassemble.

► Each aisle consists of several level of pallet support rail. Pallets are placed on pallet support

► Top and back bracing are used to fix the whole racking, making the whole racking stable and
safe;
