Drive in rack is frequently used for a great number of pallets of similar SKU or item. It’s ideal solution to increase the utilization of your warehouse space. The system storage space can be used up to 75%-85% more availably than selective pallet racking.

Drive in racking also often used in cold storage or freezer racking which per cubic meter has expensive cost require maximum use of warehouse space for storing goods.

Advantages:

- Making full use of the effective space

- Flexible to be expanded

- No need to have too many picking aisles

Disadvantages:

- Not suitable for the products with different types

- Extreme careful attention should be paid to forklift operation

Precautions:

- Impact from the forklifts to the drive in racking is prohibited

- Pallets should be put on the drive in racking carefully. Impact coming from the pallets to the racking system has to be avoided.

1.Q: Are you manufacture or trading company?
A: We are one of the earliest manufacturer specializing in designing, manufacturing the automated storage system and normal racking system, including the stacker crane, lift, master shuttle, shuttle, pallet racking, drive in rack, push back rack, mezzanine rack, cantilever rack, flow rack, carton flow rack and light, medium duty racking.

2.Q: Where is your factory? Can I visit?
A: Our factory is located in Nanjing of China, No.111, Hou Jiao Road, Science Park, Jiangning District, Nanjing, China 211122.

3.Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Delivery time depends on the project design and volume. Normally, we are able to provide the goods within 20 or 25 days upon receipt the deposit.

4,Q: What is your term of payment?
A: Payment terms: 30% deposit, balance against the copy of BL. L/C at sight is also acceptable based on the different projects.

5,Q: Are samples available?
A: Yes,samples are available. We provide the small sized samples free of charge but without freight. For some complete samples, we charge them but will refund by next order.

6,Q: How can I install the racks?
A: For simple and standard storage systems, we provide the detailed assembly drawings and instructions. If possible, our engineers are available to help. For complicated projects such as shuttle racking, fully automated storage system, our engineers will go to the site for training and give guidance.
